Projects in this area
  • Identified key focus area for a new business in video meeting recorders. Led management strategy session on market and product strategy, which led to the marketing plan for the business.
  • Examined the possible new market areas for a company in the intelligence market: could the software company grow in adjacent features/functions, new languages (for translation), new geographical markets (Middle East) or new vertical markets.
  • Identified for a new information retrieval software business the top five vertical markets on which to focus its sales and marketing efforts. Formed the marketing strategy for penetrating each market, including the specific sub-targets and key business characteristics that lead to a sale.
